For this assignment I have to take 20 pictures. I need 5 head shots, 5 portrait, 5 half body, and 5 3/4 body. For the poem face I look for a poem to use and I also choose one portrait. First, I use the Magic wand tool to cut out the picture easily. Then I set the saturation of the picture to 0. Then I add a new layer and color it with black using the paint bucket tool to make a background. The next step I did is make a composite by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E and I save it in my files. Then I copied the poem to the picture I make it 6 pts. After that I distort the text and open the picture (displacement) I saved in my file. I also changed the blending mode to gradient overlay and I pick colors for it. Then I add a new layer again to make the frame for the picture. Lastly I put the title and author of the poem.
